Who we are
The business at a glance.
Reid Exterior is a Forbes-based property maintenance and exterior cleaning contractor operating across Central West NSW. We provide grounds maintenance, exterior and window cleaning and planned property upkeep for residential, commercial, government and infrastructure clients.
We are a directly-managed crew. The person who quotes your job is the person accountable for it, and there is no layer of subcontractors between you and the work.

Currently delivering a programmed maintenance contract across 14 sites spread throughout NSW for a telecommunications infrastructure client.
So multi-site scheduling across a wide geography is what we already do, not something we would be trying for the first time on your contract. Day-trip reach covers Parkes, Condobolin, Orange, Dubbo, Bathurst, Cowra and Grenfell; sites beyond that work where accommodation sits in the scope. At quote stage we will tell you plainly how many sites we can hold to schedule rather than win the work and then stretch.

NSW agencies may engage small and regional suppliers directly for eligible work, without running an open tender, under the NSW SME and Regional Procurement Policy. Reid Exterior qualifies on both counts.
We are a small business based in Forbes — regional NSW for the purposes of the policy, being outside the Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong metropolitan areas. Engaging us keeps the spend, and the jobs, in the Central West.
Thresholds change — confirm the current figure against theNSW SME and Regional Procurement Policy before relying on it.

Gutter Cleaning
Clear the debris so your gutters and downpipes can do their job when the rain comes.
Pressure & Exterior Cleaning
Lifting the build-up off suitable outdoor surfaces to bring back a cleaner finish.
Lawn & Garden Care
From a regular mow to getting an overgrown garden back under control.
Solar Panel Cleaning
Careful panel cleaning where the manufacturer’s requirements and site access allow.
Property Maintenance
One-off jobs or ongoing visits to keep the outside of a property under control.
Scope boundary. We are not licensed builders. We do not perform roofing, cladding, structural, electrical or plumbing work, and we do not work at height. Where a scope includes those elements we will say so at quote stage rather than absorb them into a maintenance line item.

Specific client names and site locations are only disclosed with written permission, and some sites cannot be named at all. We can discuss relevant past performance directly with a buyer.

Public liability insurance
$20,000,000, current to 26 August 2027. Certificate of currency on request.
Workers compensation
Cover in place for all employees. Certificate on request.
Safe Work Method Statements
Written SWMS for the activities we perform, reviewed annually or after any incident.
Lone worker procedure
Documented procedure for crew working alone on remote or single-operator jobs.
Site inductions
We complete client site inductions before mobilising, including infrastructure sites.
Scope discipline
We do not perform licensed building, electrical or plumbing work, and we do not work at height.
Insurer. HDI Global Specialty SE (arranged through BizCover). Public liability $20,000,000, current to 26 August 2027. Certificates of currency are provided on request and before mobilisation.

- We review and attend. For multi-site or unfamiliar scopes we attend before pricing.
- Documents. We supply certificates of currency, SWMS and complete your site induction.
- Written quote. Itemised per site or across the contract, with inclusions and exclusions stated.
- Delivery and reporting. Planned visits, completion confirmation, photographs where useful, then invoice.
