What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, town, the services you selected, and anything you write in the message. Email is optional. We collect a business name only if you tell us you're enquiring for a business or site.

Why we collect it

To quote your job and contact you about it. That's all. We don't sell it, and we don't add you to a marketing list from an enquiry.

Who sees it

Max Reid and whoever in the business needs it to quote or do the work. We don't share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work are deleted once they're clearly not going anywhere. Records of completed jobs are kept for as long as tax and business record-keeping requires.

Getting it changed or deleted

Call 0456 589 425 or email admin@reidexterior.com.auand ask. We'll correct it or delete it.
