Can one crew do several different jobs in one visit?
Yes, and that's usually cheaper than booking three separate trades. Give us the whole list and we'll quote it as one job.
Do you do repairs as well as maintenance?
Within limits. We're not licensed builders, so structural, electrical and plumbing work goes to the right trade. We'll tell you straight when a job isn't ours rather than have a go at it.
Can you look after a property I don't live at?
Yes. We do regular visits for rentals, holiday properties and places owned by people who live elsewhere, and we can send photos after each visit.
Do I need to be home?
Usually not, as long as we have access. Tell us about gates, dogs and anything awkward and we'll work around it.
