Where we draw the line
Being upfront about this saves everyone a wasted trip.
- Ground-level and safely accessible work only. We do not enter unsafe roofs.
- Cleaning is not plumbing. We clear debris — we do not repair leaks or re-pitch guttering.
- We cannot promise every downpipe is clear without inspecting it.
Questions we actually get asked
Gutter Cleaning — common questions.
When should I get my gutters cleaned?
Before storm season, and after heavy leaf fall. In Central West NSW that usually means spring, and again before summer storms if you've got trees close to the house.
Do you go on the roof?
No. We work from ground level and safely accessible positions only. It's a deliberate limit — it keeps the crew safe and it's what commercial and government sites require of us anyway.
Do you take the debris away?
Yes. We clean up what comes out rather than leaving it in a pile on the lawn.
Can you fix a leaking or sagging gutter?
No — cleaning isn't plumbing. We clear debris and check how water is flowing. If we spot damage we'll tell you and show you a photo, but repairs are a job for the right trade.
