Grounds & Exterior
Maintenance for
Central West Sites.
Programmed grounds, exterior and window cleaning for commercial, council and industrial sites across Central West NSW. We scope the work in writing, document the safety, and turn up when we said we would.
- $20m public liability
- SWMS written per task
- 14 sites under contract across NSW
What we take on
Programmed exterior work.
- Commercial and shopfront window cleaning, one-off or scheduled
- Grounds and vegetation maintenance across single or multiple sites
- Exterior and pressure cleaning of paths, hardstand and suitable surfaces
- Gutter clearing at ground-accessible level
- General site presentation and planned external upkeep
- Crew-supported exterior project work within our scope
We're not licensed builders. Roofing, cladding, structural, electrical and plumbing work sits outside what we take on, and we'll say so rather than bundle it into a maintenance scope.
Sectors

This list is what we've genuinely done, not what we'd like to do. If your sector isn't here, ask — we'll tell you straight whether we're the right contractor for it.
What you get on paper
The compliance side, handled.
Insurance
$20 million public liability and workers compensation cover held by REIDX PTY LTD, current to 26 August 2027. Certificates of currency on request.
Safe work method statements
Written SWMS for the activities we perform, reviewed annually or after any incident, plus a documented lone-worker procedure.
Site inductions
We complete client site inductions before mobilising and work to the access and permit requirements of the site.
A capability statement and current certificates are available on request. Note that a website is marketing and evidence — it isn't a procurement registration or a prequalification in itself.
What you can hold us to
What we aim for.
- 1 business dayWe acknowledge your enquiry.
- 5 business daysWe attend site for a walk-through.
- 3 business daysWritten, itemised quote after the walk-through.
- Before arrivalYou get a message with the crew's ETA.
- On completionPhotographic record and written confirmation the work is done.
These are the targets we work to, and we hit them most of the time. In peak season a site walk-around can take a little longer. If we can’t hold one of these on your job we’ll tell you up front rather than quietly miss it, and if you need a guaranteed turnaround, say so — we’ll tell you straight whether we can commit to it.
For government and council buyers
You can engage us directly.
NSW agencies may engage small and regional suppliers directly for eligible work, without running an open tender, under the NSW SME and Regional Procurement Policy. Reid Exterior qualifies on both counts.
We're a small business in Forbes — regional NSW under the policy, being outside the Sydney, Newcastle and Wollongong metro areas. For eligible work that means less process for your team, and the spend stays in the Central West.
Thresholds move, so confirm the current figure against theNSW SME and Regional Procurement Policy rather than taking our word for it.
