Do you clean windows inside as well as outside?
Yes. Most quotes cover both, but tell us which you want so we scope it properly — interior access changes how long a job takes.
Can you reach second-storey windows?
Often yes, from the ground using a water-fed pole. We don't work at height or go onto roofs, so if a window can't be reached safely from the ground we'll tell you before quoting.
Do you do flyscreens and window tracks?
We can, but they're quoted separately rather than assumed — ask for them to be included and we'll price it in.
How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
It depends on the site. A main-street shopfront usually wants monthly or quarterly; a rural office might be twice a year. We'll give you an honest recommendation for your frontage rather than sell you a schedule you don't need.
